We, Viva Composite Panel Private Limited came into existence in the year 2003. We began our journey from Mumbai, Maharashtra, and in the past two decades of operations, we have gained a significant market presence where our ACP sheets are known for reliability. We have established our mettle in the industry and are known as an eminent manufacturer and supplier of a wide range of products including Brush Silver ACP Sheet, Sparkle Red ACP Sheet, Sparkle White ACP Sheet, Graphite Grey ACP Sheet, Nautica Black ACP Sheet etc. We have developed a cutting-edge production facility at Umbergaon, Gujarat, which is equipped with all advanced machinery and tools to systematically develop the offered sheets. We take stringent quality control measures to ensure that our products meet the industry standards and exceed customer expectations.
We believe in sustainable development and our plant is equipped with a solar power generator that generates 850 Kwh of power and facilitates smooth production of ACP sheets. We are also the first in India with two colour coatings lines. Quality is of paramount importance to us and therefore we utilize 70% KYNAR 500 certified PVDF (Fluorinated polyvinyl) paint which conforms to ASTM (American Society for Testing and Materials) and EN (European Nation) standards. We have 6 production lines with a 7 million m2 and 2.5 lakh ft2 annual production capacity. We are the first ACP firm in India to launch FR Class A2+ ACCP (Aluminium Core corrugated panel). Fire safety of our range of sheets is guaranteed as it carries the best-in-class fire rating. Only reputable and accredited industry suppliers provide the raw ingredients for aluminium composite panels. Our 3003, 3105, and 5000 series alloy aluminium coils come from Hindalco Co., a subsidiary of Aditya Birla Limited. We buy the raw materials for our paints from well-known companies throughout the world, like Nippon Paints, Monopol Colours, Akzonobel, and PPG Paints, to mention a few.

Research & Development
At Viva, we firmly believe that technology has the potential to significantly improve the quality of output. Therefore, our team strives to improve manufacturing techniques and suggests fresh ideas for products development. The TUV-SUD team, renowned for its strictest ISO certificates, praised Viva for every one of its manufacturing procedures. We test our products using more than 60 pieces of in-house machinery. The foundation of the Viva has been technological advancement and process optimization since its establishment. Being one of the few ACP sheet manufacturers in India with internal R&D resources makes us proud.
Quality Testing Procedures
We have a large quality testing laboratory with all kinds of advanced machinery to test our range of products including Brush Silver ACP Sheet, Sparkle White ACP Sheet, Sparkle Red ACP Sheet, Nautica Black ACP Sheet, Graphite Grey ACP Sheet etc. Our expert quality analysts inspect every raw material and coordinate with the production department for conducting tests during different stages of production. We have an extensive in-house laboratory testing facility including impact tester, pencil hardness tester, QUV testing machine, moisture analyser, salt water testing, specular gloss testing, melt flow index testing and many other testing facilities. These facilities help us in checking the quality of the developed products and then taking the final decision of product rejection or approval for the final dispatch.
